Donald H Taylor Research
We conduct three research pieces each year, usually survey-led.
The L&D Global Sentiment Survey has run annually since 2013, and takes the pulse of the L&D community world-wide. Published each February, it gives a snapshot of how L&D professionals worldwide feel about what is happening in their field. It is answered by between 3,000 and 4,000 people each year, from around 100 countries.
We also produce two Focus Reports each year, going beyond sentiment to look in detail at particular points of change in L&D. To date, the Focus Reports have looked at L&D's explosive interest in (and rather slower adoption of) Artificial Intelligence. These reports are the joint work of Donald H Taylor and Eglė Vinauskaitė.
