This is the tenth year of the L&D Global Sentiment Survey, which has grown from an idea on the back of a napkin to a survey that last year reached over 3,500 people in more than 100 countries.
2023 is a year of uncertainty and opportunity – how do practitioners world-wide feel about it? I’m expecting #GSS23 to reveal a divided profession – in part optimistic about the future, in part worn down by two years of lock downs, technical changes and budget pressures.
The survey’s one obligatory question is, as always, simple and designed to check the pulse of what L&D professionals are thinking: What will be hot in workplace L&D in 2023?. In total, the survey should take under two minutes to complete.
