The 2017 L&D Global Sentiment Survey

For the fourth year, I’m putting my one-minute, one-question poll to L&D professionals world-wide.

The question is simple: What will be hot in workplace L&D in 2017?

This annual poll has grown in popularity over the years, with almost 2,000 votes cast in the 2016 survey. That volume of data prompted me to create a report analysing the results, exploring what the trends told us about the industry. Not all of the results make pleasant reading.
